Tawni’s culinary experience spans from catering large scale parties and weddings, to intimate dinners, weekend brunch service, stacking cakes, making croissants and formulating beautiful, seasonal dishes both sweet and savory. Her style is greatly influenced by her Italian heritage, access to seasonal and local produce from farms of the area, and an organic, fluid, and visually beautiful plating.
